Support independent insurance advisors through proactive sales support, case triage, and virtual relationship building in PPI’s hybrid environment. This contract role serves Toronto, Montreal, or Quebec.

As an Advisor Solutions Manager, you will work within PPI’s national Sales Enablement team. You will identify incoming needs, coordinate appropriate resources, and refer complex cases to regional teams. The position requires financial services experience, solid communication, and knowledge of advisor tools and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage reactive requests and ensure timely advisor responses
- Build relationships and advocacy across regions and teams
- Help advisors independently access PPI tools




- Support Inforce Illustrations when appropriate
- Coordinate resources supporting advisor sales growth

Requirements:

- Four or more years in financial services sales support
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to build relationships in virtual environments
- Current life license or progress toward licensing
- Advanced English and French proficiency required
