Lead real-time payments operations at Payments Canada, applying RTR expertise and strategic leadership across Canada’s critical payment infrastructure.

As a senior member of the RTR Payment System Operations team, you will support 24-hour, 365-day operations. You will manage business, operational, and technical activities while planning the future of real-time payments. The work includes stakeholder relationships, operational rules, vendor coordination, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RTR exchange, clearing, and settlement operations
- Champion improvements to RTR processes and related services
- Provide expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead roadmap planning, budgets, and resource plans




- Coach employees on RTR operations and functionality

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
- Seven years’ business analysis experience with progressive management experience
- Advanced knowledge of RTR, payments, systems, rules, and functionality
- Experience maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Eligibility for Payments Canada background checks and periodic travel
