As a Claims Advisor at Desjardins, you will handle moderate to high-complexity accident benefits and disability files. Your work will involve investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and communicating claim decisions. You will also collaborate with medical, legal, and rehabilitation stakeholders to support recovery and resolution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum three years of accident perks claims experience
- Intermediate medical and disability file management experience
- CIP designation or enrollment in the program
- Advanced English and regulatory knowledge
