Coordinate operational excellence initiatives at BPA through communications planning, stakeholder alignment, and structured project support across Canada. This role uses French and English daily. As Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will support entities, corporate services, and leadership while advancing programs such as UniversiT and mentorship. Your work combines communications coordination, project management, learning systems, and external partnerships. You will help improve consistency, efficiency, and reach across internal practices and programs. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives, priorities, needs, and expected outcomes Develop and publish communications supporting initiatives, processes,
and changes Maintain activity schedules and anticipate project interdependencies Manage LMS learning paths, platform use, and user support Promote UniversiT and mentorship through external partnerships Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or related field Three to five years of relevant experience One to three years coordinating communications projects Full proficiency in French and English, spoken and written Advanced Office 365, LMS, and Canva knowledge is an asset Bring organized coordination, transparent communication, and bilingual stakeholder support to BPA’s operational excellence initiatives and learning programs.
