The Manager, Digital Menu Governance & Experience, TH, Canada is an individual contributor accountable for the governance, accuracy, and guest experience of menus across Tim Hortons’ digital ordering channels: App, Kiosk, and Delivery. This role establishes a consistent approach to how products are configured and presented across digital channels, and maintains a reliable source of truth for active products, discontinued items, and optional items.
The Manager works across Product, Marketing, Category, Operations, and Technology to make digital menus easy to navigate and dependable for guests. The POS may be used as a reference when assessing available products, modifiers, and customization opportunities.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Toronto, ON.
How You’ll Help Brew Success:Develop and maintain a standardized menu configuration playbook for App, Kiosk, and Delivery, supporting a consistent and predictable guest experience across channels.
Design and stand up a process and source of truth that tracks the full digital menu, including active products, discontinuations, and optional items.
Own ongoing monitoring and change controls so teams have a single, reliable answer to what is available on the digital menu today.
Support the new POS rollout by coordinating menu information and identifying the digital channel updates needed to keep menu data accurate.
Audit and manage menu parity across App, Kiosk, and Delivery; identify unjustified gaps and distinguish them from intentional differences suited to each channel.
Use POS menu flexibility as a reference when assessing which modifiers and customizations are relevant to bring into digital ordering; POS configuration remains outside this role’s scope.
Evaluate digital menu additions with attention to guest experience, discoverability, adoption, and opportunities to improve order value, while keeping choices focused and relevant.

Identify and recommend opportunities to add or refine modifiers and customizations across App, Kiosk, and Delivery.
Own the process for determining whether new products belong in an existing digital category or require a new category, optimizing for product discoverability.
Partner with channel Product Managers and Marketing and Category teams to align on digital product placement and categorization.
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Category, Operations, and Technology to clarify menu requirements and coordinate digital channel updates.
Establish transparent documentation, review, and validation practices for digital menu changes, and monitor execution to resolve discrepancies.
Use channel audits and stakeholder feedback to identify recurring issues and improve menu governance processes over time.
What Ingredients You’ll Bring:Experience in digital menu management, digital commerce, product operations, content management, or a related field.
Experience working with guest-facing digital ordering channels such as mobile apps, kiosks, and third-party delivery platforms.
Understanding of menu configuration, product catalogs, modifiers, and the relationship between POS and digital ordering systems.
Ability to translate business and guest needs into clear menu standards, requirements, and operating processes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess menu accuracy, channel differences, discoverability, and customization opportunities.
Strong project coordination, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage concurrent updates in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Category, Operations, and Tec
