Position Summary

Lead GFL Environmental’s Industrial Services Team, reporting to the Regional Manager. The role combines office and site-based responsibilities according to project demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead union and non-union employees, delegate work, and provide coaching.
- Oversee field work, customer satisfaction, job-site safety, and service standards.
- Inspect sites and plan labour, equipment, and material resources.
- Manage asset maintenance schedules and inventory controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, profit-and-loss reviews, and cost and utilization improvements.
- Help prepare bids, project estimates, scopes, schedules, and method statements.
- Coordinate with HSE, administration, and shutdown planning teams on project and turnaround requirements.
- Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities,



and oversee job mobilization, demobilization, and operational documentation.
- Report incidents and participate in investigations.

Qualifications

- At least five years of leadership or project management experience in industrial cleaning or a related field.
- Knowledge of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilities and cleaning methods; high-pressure water jetting experience is preferred.
- Experience supervising work plans, developing scopes, costing projects, and preparing schedules and method statements.
- Solid industry customer relationships and proficiency with Google Suite.
