What you will do:Design, develop, test,



and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions using Python, .
NET/C#, Microsoft Azure, and other appropriate technologies.
Integrate AI models, agents, APIs, frameworks, and existing business applications to create practical, scalable solutions.
Design and implement Agentic AI and process automation solutions to improve business processes, efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
Develop and enhance computer vision and Parts Detection solutions, improving product identification, accuracy, and overall system performance.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, embeddings, and AI agent frameworks, and develop proof-of-concepts where appropriate.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost, including model usage, token consumption, and cloud resources.
Support and continuously improve production AI solutions by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
Follow established software development, testing, source control, CI/CD, documentation, and code review practices, while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
What you will bring:Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in software development, with proficiency in Python and/or .
NET/C#, or similar programming languages.
Experience developing, integrating,



or supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or computer vision solutions.
Knowledge of AI technologies and concepts such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, and AI frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, including developing or deploying cloud-based applications, is considered an asset.
Understanding of databases, REST APIs, source control, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices.
Ability to evaluate and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with a curiosity for emerging AI technologies and a continuous-learning mindset.
