Lilly Canada is seeking a Medical Director for the Oncology Business Unit to lead lung cancer and emerging solid tumours medical strategy in Canada. Hybrid role with Toronto presence; lead tactical medical plans, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives for patients, HCPs, and payers.

Role requires advanced life sciences degree and 8+ years in Medical Affairs or related fields, with robust GCP knowledge and French/English skills preferred for national scope.
