As Vice President Marketing, you will build network-wide plans while supporting physicians and practice managers across CPP clinics. You will lead paid media, SEO, web, CRM, design, analytics, and AI initiatives. The role connects local clinic positioning with acquisition, retention, and trusted performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build marketing plans, budgets, channels, and targets for every clinic
- Lead digital teams across paid media, SEO, web, CRM, and design
- Drive patient acquisition, rebooking, retention, and local reputation
- Translate performance into explicit guidance for clinic operators
- Scale successful playbooks across new and acquired clinics

Requirements:

- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Proven digital channels and measurable growth experience
- Experience earning trust from operators, owners, or clinicians
- Fluency with analytics and any major CRM platform
