The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations for SHEIN's global fashion and lifestyle e-retail supply chain. This leadership role requires workforce scheduling, training, safety management, inventory control, and operational analysis. You will manage projects, quality metrics, KPIs, departmental P&L;, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, packing, and shipping
- Schedule, train, and mentor warehouse workforce teams
- Manage inventory planning, control, and cycle counts




- Achieve productivity, PPH, UPH, quality, and cost KPIs
- Lead projects within scope, budget, and schedule

Requirements:

- Over eight years' warehouse and logistics management experience
- Two-plus years' leadership and five-plus years' 3PL experience
- Mandatory health and safety management experience
- Licensed forklift and reach truck operator
- Microsoft Word, Excel, analytical, and communication skills
