Support recruitment, employee relations, and HR programs as a Human Resources Generalist in Dease Lake, British Columbia. This is full time, permanent work.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will support daily HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role also covers compensation, health and safety, training, and development. Confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory knowledge are essential while supporting the complete employee lifecycle and updating company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily HR support and coaching to managers and employees
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, and hiring documentation
- Manage onboarding packages, offer letters, paperwork, and orientations
- Implement HR programs,



policies, and processes
- Administer benefits and support employee communications

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant human resources experience
- Post-secondary human resources or business education preferred
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and technical systems adaptability
- Strong confidentiality, communication, coaching, and research skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and required screening eligibility
