Apply senior Linux and Azure expertise as a Toronto Application Support Analyst with hybrid onsite work every Wednesday. Additional onsite attendance occurs every third Friday monthly.
This six-month contract supports automated deployments, application reliability, and production issue resolution. The senior analyst works across SRE, DevOps, and application support environments, using OpenShift, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. The contract may be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage automated application deployments across multiple environments
- Monitor system health, metrics, and alerts proactively
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis when required
- Maintain observability strategies for application performance visibility
- Support on-call application incidents and AIOps initiatives
Requirements:
- Five to ten years in SRE, DevOps, or application support
- Strong Linux or Unix administration and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on Azure, OpenShift, and containerized setting experience
- Jenkins or GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline experience
- Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting proficiency
