The Property Runner represents the firm professionally while travelling to locations, conducting inspections, and facilitating access for vendors. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial property inspections with Owners
- Test keys for proper operation
- Grant vendors access at various locations
- Capture website pictures and videos
- Conduct tours for prospective tenants
Requirements:
