Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a large retail client. You will work across AI engineering, platform engineering, and developer productivity. The platform supports requirements, design, implementation, testing, review, and verification throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and productionize AI agents and agentic workflows
- Develop MCP, tool calling, and agent orchestration integrations
- Create evals and guardrails for reliable agent outputs
- Improve internal developer tooling and platform capabilities
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, and templates

Requirements:

- Senior-level software engineering experience
- Hands-on AI agent development and production deployment experience
- Experience with MCP, evals, guardrails, and agentic workflows
- Strong platform or systems engineering background
- Solid programming skills in Python and/or Java
