Reporting to the Vice President, KYC Requirements & Outsourcing, this Associate manages vendor relationships and supports AML KYC activities. The work covers Capital Markets and cross-operating group customers, appropriate outreach messaging, escalation paths, and process improvements. It also develops expertise in outsourcing and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outsourced vendor relationships and appropriate escalation paths
- Identify AML documentation for Capital Markets customers
- Support Outreach messaging and communication mechanisms




- Identify process friction points and propose solutions
- Collaborate with business partners across teams

Requirements:

- Five or more years of KYC or Customer Outreach experience
- Capital Markets experience within business, risk, or KYC
- Knowledge of KYC regulations across Canada, United States, Europe, and Asia
- Experience refining processes and proposing improvements
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
