As a Senior Financial Analyst, Valuations & Modelling, you will support BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team. Your work covers business valuations, investment funds, audit support, and complex financial instruments. You will analyze company risks, research industries, and prepare materials for management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare business valuations for tax, transactions, reporting, and compliance
- Support investment fund and portfolio company valuation engagements
- Value derivatives, stock options, and debt instruments
- Analyze company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Draft valuation reports and management presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Two to three years in audit or valuations mergers acquisitions
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to pursue Chartered Business Valuation designation
