Proof seeks a Senior Manager, Reporting & Data reporting to the Chief Product Officer. This player-coach role combines team development, technical decisions, client relationships, and implementation guidance. You will strengthen enterprise reporting while shaping internal data, BI capabilities, automation, and AI-related data needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own enterprise report requirements, accuracy, content, delivery, and service expectations
- Manage client relationships and provide crucial operational data
- Coach the data team and build independent problem-solving
- Review queries, data models,



pipelines, and technical delivery priorities
- Develop dependable internal BI, SQL tooling, standards, monitoring, and access

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in data, analytics, or reporting
- Three-plus years managing data or analytics teams
- Solid SQL proficiency and data-modeling knowledge
- Client discovery and technical tradeoff communication experience
- Production data systems, automation, warehouses, pipelines, and BI experience
