As District Manager, you will spearhead the Industrial Services Team and report directly to the Regional Manager. Manage union and non-union direct reports while coordinating execution, resources, customers, and operational standards. Your responsibilities span planning, financial reviews, asset management, bidding, estimating, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily activities and delegate duties during work execution
- Perform site walks and verify labor, equipment, and material resources
- Review budgets, forecasts, P&L;, and cost optimization programs
- Develop bids,



project costing, scopes, and method statements
- Coordinate HSE, administration, shutdown planning, and turnarounds

Requirements:

- Minimum five years leadership or project management experience
- Industrial Cleaning or related field experience
- Understanding of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilities
- Solid customer relationships within the industry
- Proficiency in Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
