Lead SAP SuccessFactors adoption for Insight Global’s mining industry client through stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and organizational change management. Support a geographically dispersed workforce.

This Senior Change Manager will lead organizational change management for enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives. The work centers on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management Systems. You will partner with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to enable lasting behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead organizational change management across enterprise HR technology transformations
- Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and organizational readiness assessments
- Develop communication, engagement, training, and adoption strategies




- Create and manage change champion and super-user networks
- Drive readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and behavioral change activities

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of organizational change management experience
- Three or more years supporting SAP SuccessFactors programs
- Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and LMS
- Prosci, CCMP, or SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces
