This experienced trustee role supports Debt Solution Managers and reviews consumer insolvency files. Responsibilities include Statements of Receipts and Disbursements, creditor meetings, new estate filings, and technical client challenges. The role also contributes to coaching and developing new Debt Solution Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Perform video and phone assessments for consumer debtors Review and sign Statements of Receipts and Disbursements Chair creditor meetings and negotiate with creditors Accept estate filings under your LIT license Support technical client challenges and file administration Requirements:
Licensed Insolvency Trustee license in Canada At least five years in an insolvency practice Robust financial analytical skills and Microsoft Excel experience Concise verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Bring licensed insolvency expertise, financial analysis, and client-focused assessment skills to Farber’s remote trustee team serving Canadians nationwide.
