Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Principal Strategist owns AI use across requirements analysis, configuration, integration, and testing. The role transforms identified ideas into tools, techniques, and playbooks for distributed services teams. It also coordinates adoption across regions and maintains alignment with enterprise AI and IT teams. Key Responsibilities:
