Consult Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team
We are seeking a motivated skilled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) construction sector, with a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and deliverables.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and overall performance.
- Manage change orders,
project documentation, and closeout activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical ICI construction.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
