Design PLC and HMI software while commissioning automated manufacturing equipment in hands-on machine-building environments. Troubleshoot complex controls issues during machine startup and customer installations. This Controls Systems Software Designer / PLC Programmer develops, modifies, and troubleshoots programs for custom automated equipment. The work spans machine building, industrial automation, manufacturing, and systems integration environments. You will support integration, testing, FATs, SATs, and customer acceptance activities throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs for automated equipment Commission and debug machines in-house and at customer sites Diagnose controls, electrical, pneumatic, robot, and conveyor issues Integrate robotics,



vision systems, motion control, and sensors Provide technical support through installation and commissioning Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred Five to eight-plus years in Controls software or PLC programming Hands-on Siemens PLC and TIA Portal experience Experience in machine building or industrial automation environments Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States Apply your Siemens PLC, TIA Portal, and troubleshooting expertise to custom equipment development, commissioning, and integration.
