This role supports complex SAP ERP implementation activities by partnering with business and IT teams to analyze, document, and validate business requirements for future-state workflows and solutions. The position includes involvement across requirements gathering, testing support, stakeholder communication, and project lifecycle activities. The engagement is primarily remote with potential onsite requirements as needed.

Must Haves

- 7+ years supporting SAP ERP implementations within Finance Functional Areas
- Business requirements analysis for ERP transformation projects, including process improvements and future-state workflows
- Requirements gathering and validation workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
- User Acceptance Testing, test plan development, and review of test strategies and test cases

Nice to Have

- ERP transformation experience across finance, supply chain, and human resources functions
- Experience documenting business cases, change requests, and project status reports

Responsibilities

- Facilitate requirements gathering and validation workshops
- Analyze and document business requirements for ERP transformation initiatives
- Develop and document project visions and implementation approaches
- Support the design, development, and implementation of business applications
- Develop test plans and support User Acceptance Testing activitiesManage and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, change requests,



and related project documentation
