As an Associate Program Manager, you will maintain territory caseworker assignments and assigned projects within Cencora’s healthcare environment. The work includes protocol adherence, case-file documentation, database accuracy, telephone quality, and client reporting. You will also support consultations, training, hiring, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain territory caseworker assignments and assigned projects
- Monitor protocols, case files, databases, and telephone interactions
- Participate in client consultations and working sessions
- Identify training needs and lead refresher training




- Report adverse events to assigned units and departments

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent related discipline
- Minimum three years healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar experience
- Advanced pharmaceutical distribution industry knowledge
- Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint proficiency
