Work directly with senior stakeholders and external counterparties. As a Corporate Development Associate, you will evaluate, structure, and execute partnerships and commercial transactions. Your work spans financial statements, market research, valuation analyses, and transaction coordination. You will support fundraising, M&A;, licensing, strategic partnerships, and investor relations while collaborating with engineering, product, sales, legal, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities:
