The Maintenance Services Lead oversees property maintenance and leads department staff when required. The work involves building systems, basic engineering, repairs, fire equipment testing, and contractor coordination. You will audit facility conditions, manage records, and support compliance with codes and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee preventive maintenance throughout the property

Requirements:
