As CSP Tools Tower Lead, you will manage security platforms and lead a skilled team supporting security operations. Your work spans Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps, CrowdStrike Falcon, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Sentinel. You will strengthen security posture through platform administration, monitoring, investigations, and operational documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Administer Microsoft Defender Suite across endpoints, identities, and cloud apps Manage CrowdStrike Falcon policies, threats, and endpoint defenses Monitor Proofpoint protections against phishing and malware Investigate alerts, incidents, root causes,



and remediation strategies Integrate tools with Microsoft Sentinel and develop dashboards Requirements:

Hands-on Microsoft Defender Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps experience Solid CrowdStrike Falcon platform management skills Experience with Proofpoint email security solutions Knowledge of incident investigation, threat hunting, and EDR Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR integration, especially Microsoft Sentinel Apply cybersecurity platform leadership, threat investigation, and security operations expertise as Calgary’s onsite CSP Tools Tower Lead.
