We are seeking a

Senior ServiceNow Release Management Consultant

with extensive experience in

IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow configuration, and enterprise Release Management . Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM)

or equivalent Release Management solutions is essential. Solid expertise in

ServiceNow administration, customization, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, workflows, dashboards, and reporting . Experience integrating ServiceNow with

Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines

using APIs and integration technologies. Proven ability to establish

release governance, release calendars, planning and scheduling, risk assessments,



dependency management, and deployment coordination . Strong knowledge of

ITIL, ITSM best practices, SDLC, enterprise service management, and cloud-based technology environments . Experience assessing current-state processes, developing future-state operating models, and improving release governance and automation. Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution testing, documentation, training, and knowledge-transfer skills. Required Certification:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); public-sector experience is preferred.
