Lead pharmaceutical production shifts with GMP compliance and batch processing expertise across active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates. Drive safe, efficient operations. As Production Shift Manager, you manage shift activities, production targets, and batch processing through charging, distillation, filtration, sampling, and cleaning. You lead production teams while maintaining cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOP, and client requirements. The position supports delivery schedules, audit readiness, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Plan shift activities and assign production targets Monitor batch processing operations according to SOPs Lead safety reporting, investigations, CAPA, and corrective actions Represent production during regulatory, customer,



and internal audits Report departmental safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency KPIs Requirements:

Knowledge of cGMP and Positive Documentation Practices Experience with pharmaceutical batch processing operations Ability to lead training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management Understanding of ALCOA principles and Right First Time performance Experience supporting Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives Apply pharmaceutical production leadership, GMP expertise, batch processing knowledge, and continuous improvement skills as Shift Manager.
