Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates for interior fit-outs and new build construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets. Analyze bid documents, drawings,
and specifications to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize cost efficiency.
