Your mission

As Pilot‑in‑Command, you own the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft and everyone on board. You’ll lead the flight deck, make informed decisions, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship on every sector. Pre‑flight leadership:

Plan and brief the flight—review routes and alternates, weather and winds, nav/radio aids, and Flight Operations Bulletins. Confirm airworthiness per the Maintenance Control Manual, sign the Journey Log release, verify weight and balance, fuel, cargo security, and required documents. Ensure emergency/safety equipment, maps/charts, and a charged EFB are onboard. Assign PF/PM duties per company policy, brief crew fitness and roles, sign the OFP, and oversee door security, de‑icing, and pre‑flight checks. In‑flight execution:

Operate strictly in accordance with regulations, the AFM, SOPs, and applicable limitations. Use approved checklists, monitor planned vs. actual fuel burn, manage oxygen use per manuals, and maintain continuous contact with Dispatch. Post‑flight wrap‑up:

Record and report defects in the Journey Log; complete and sign all flight sections and submit required company/regulatory documentation. Return and charge the EFB, secure and protect the aircraft, debrief the crew, close the flight plan, manage customs notifications, and advise company/ground teams of arrival. Complete any accident/incident and dangerous‑goods reporting (including TSB/NTSB and ASRs), report volcanic activity observations to ATC, note any RNP/Nav Database/EFB/ACARS/CPDLC/ADS‑B/C or other PBN/PBCS anomalies,

and finalize the Flight Report Duty Period Section and Trip Envelope. What you bring
