Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager for a top mining industry client. This individual will lead the organizational change management efforts supporting enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives, with a robust focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities across a geographically dispersed workforce. This role will partner closely with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies while enabling lasting behavioral change throughout the organization. This is a true OCM-focused position centered on people, communication, training, readiness, and adoption rather than project delivery or implementation management.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise-wide business and technology transformations3+ years supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, or optimization programsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including:Employee CentralRecruitingOnboardingLearning Management Systems (LMS)Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluationsProven success developing and executing communication, engagement, training,



and adoption strategiesExperience creating and managing change champion and super-user networksExperience supporting large-scale HR technology transformationsStrong executive stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to drive adoption and behavioral changeProsci Change Management CertificationCCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)SAP SuccessFactors CertificationExperience supporting Employee Central transformationsExperience within mining, manufacturing, industrial, or energy environmentsExperience supporting geographically dispersed workforcesExperience supporting North American and Latin American organizations
