Our client, Production is seeking a Mixer/ Batch Maker (Forklift certification required) to join their team. As a Mixer/ Batch Maker (Forklift certification required), you will be part of the Production department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a robust commitment to safety, a detail-focused approach to quality, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mixer/ Batch Maker (Forklift certification required)

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: $21– $23/hr

Shift: Rotational Shift (Monday – Friday): 2 weeks Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; 2 weeks Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

- Operate production equipment and follow all processing instructions and standard operating procedures
- Accurately prepare, mix, and process batches according to specifications
- Safely operate a forklift to support production and material handling (Forklift certification required)
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and production data
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or deviations to the Supervisor

What's Needed?

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid forklift license/certification
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
- Mechanical aptitude and/or relevant technical experience
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to safely lift and handle loads up to 50 lbs
