Use interpersonal and sales skills as a Host Ambassador with The Canada Homestay Network Society in hybrid Lambton Kent–Chatham work.

Reporting to the Host Capacity Lead, this permanent part-time position qualifies new and existing host families against Canada Homestay standards. The work includes interviews, home visits, revisits, documentation, communication, and relationship development. Candidates should understand international students and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person interviews and home visits for current hosts
- Revisit existing host families in their homes
- Confirm rooms and family environments meet required standards
- Validate information provided during virtual interviews




- Email documentation following CHN protocols for data integrity

Requirements:

- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Positive communication and conflict resolution skills
- Business writing, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CHN policies, procedures, students, and cultures
- Driver's license, reliable vehicle, required insurance, phone, camera, and internet

Support host family qualification through home visits, documentation, relationship building, and culturally informed communication across Lambton Kent–Chatham.
