As a Temporary Sales Support Associate, you will welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, and support store efficiency. Your responsibilities include cash wrap operations, shipment processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and customer information capture where permitted. You will also promote add-on products and gift cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and anticipate their needs
- Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
- Process shipments, transfers, and stockroom discrepancies
- Replenish sales floors and execute visual updates
- Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines
Requirements:
- At least one year of previous retail experience
- Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
- Cash register, computer, Mobile POS, and internet skills
- Solid organization, communication, and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability and ability to lift at least 25 pounds
