Lead manufacturing floor operations at DECIEM’s Eastside facility in Etobicoke, using supervisory and problem-solving skills to support quality production.

As Filling Associate Manager, you will provide visible leadership and ensure operational effectiveness across production. You will lead teams on the line, support safety and product quality, and identify workflow opportunities. The role also involves corrective actions, documentation, and collaboration with other departments on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams running production safely on the line
- Identify workflow opportunities and improve process reliability
- Address equipment, cleaning, inspection, and product defects
- Investigate accidents and complete reports on occurrence dates




- Maintain Valuable Manufacturing Practices and department housekeeping

Requirements:

- Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Technical processing or packaging manufacturing experience is an asset
- Lean Six Sigma experience is desired
- Relevant education or equivalent manufacturing work experience
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and innovation
