Support early learning at BrightPath Kids in Burlington, Ontario, using classroom assistance and child-focused engagement. This full-time role has no evenings or weekends.

As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will work alongside RECEs, teachers, and families to support children in care. You will assist classroom instruction, encourage participation in activities, and help maintain a safe, clean, organized setting. The role also includes collaboration and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist RECEs with classroom instruction
- Maintain environments protecting children’s well-being
- Encourage children’s involvement in activities
- Build collaborative relationships with families and coworkers
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and material organization

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- Early Childhood Assistant Certification preferred
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and required health assessment
