As a Financial Service Representative, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, process applications, and complete transactions. The work combines sales, personal lending, compliance, cash handling, and branch operations. You will follow responsible lending practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate, skilled service
- Recommend and process loans, cards, transfers, and payments
- Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and payment options
- Verify customer information and maintain complete records
- Process cash, reconcile drawers, and follow security procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years in retail sales or similar experience
- One or more years in customer service and cash handling
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- English communication and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
