As a Personal Support Worker, you will support clients’ emotional, physical, and personal well-being at home. The work includes personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, documentation, and safety support. You will collaborate with Home Support Supervisors, field staff, and interdisciplinary health teams while helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care according to established care plans
- Assist with hygiene, bathing, mobility, feeding, and positioning
- Complete delegated procedures under clinical supervision




- Document care and report changes using mobile software
- Apply infection prevention and workplace safety practices

Requirements:

- Recognized Personal Support Worker certificate, diploma, or equivalent
- Negative Tuberculosis status documentation
- Community, home health, or long-term care experience considered an asset
- Valid G2 or G driver’s licence, vehicle, and appropriate insurance
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
