Support Hansen's Group of Companies in Scarborough through server security, software updates, and hardware maintenance. Troubleshoot technology issues for internal users.

The IT Technician reports to the IT Manager and provides internal information technology support. Duties include Office 365 collaboration tools, hardware repairs, cybersecurity, and system testing. The position supports business technology solutions across Hansen's automotive transportation, warehousing, and facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide internal information technology support across company systems
- Troubleshoot errors through testing, help desk tickets, and other methods
- Repair desktop hardware, printers, and peripherals onsite




- Support Office 365, Cargotel, and Geotab users
- Implement cybersecurity protection and education

Requirements:

- Post-secondary technology degree or three years related experience
- Experience with Office 365 collaboration tools
- Ability to learn recent technologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Eligibility to work anywhere in Canada
