The University of Toronto invites applications for teaching a course on Latin scripts from 1200 to 1600 A.D. The class includes lectures, hands-on sessions, weekly exercises, and a practicum on transcription of Latin manuscripts.
Classes meet in person on Wednesdays 11am–1pm, with sessional dates January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027. Minimum qualifications include a PhD in Medieval Studies or related field or equivalent knowledge; evidence of subject matter knowledge.
