Keep the Wasauksing Administration Community Complex clean, safe, and orderly as a full time, permanent Maintenance Worker. Use cleaning, groundskeeping, and repair skills daily.

This Maintenance Worker maintains the community complex and its surrounding grounds. The position includes floor care, washroom cleaning, minor repairs, supply purchasing, and reporting major repair needs. Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team and practicing workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complex cleanliness, safety, and orderly conditions
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean floors daily
- Clean washrooms, mirrors, windows, doors, and high traffic areas
- Maintain grounds, mow grass, and transparent winter walkways
- Perform minor repairs and report major repair needs

Requirements:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- WHMIS and First Aid CPR
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, self motivated, and able to take initiative
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and provide transportation
