Coordinate last-mile logistics operations at Intelcom | Dragonfly, supporting package processing, warehouse systems, customer service, and accurate documentation.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support sorting stations and operational teams across shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Your work helps maintain efficient processes, resolve delivery issues, and uphold quality standards. You will also assist customers, clients, and IDCs through pickups, inquiries, and email requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
- Scan, sort, process, and document packages and returns
- Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs




- Prepare reports, labels, records, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Ability to maintain accurate operational records
- Ability to follow SOPs and Health & Safety protocols
- Ability to support warehouse systems and efficiency
- Ability to handle customer inquiries by phone and email
- Willingness to train and mentor recent employees
