Lead daily retail operations at Bulk Barn as a Store Key Holder, using leadership and professional communication skills. This is a temporary, part-time position.

The Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day business operations. When the Store Manager is absent, you manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards. You coach employees, delegate tasks, support customers, process transactions, and maintain store conditions. Retail experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards when required
- Coach, motivate, and lead employees during daily tasks
- Delegate assignments and follow up on timely execution
- Assist customers and process POS and Interact transactions
- Clean, restock,



unload deliveries, and maintain workplace safety

Requirements:

- Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Solid professional communication and positive attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Flexible availability, approximately 12 to 25 hours weekly
