Support HRIS administration and workforce analytics with The City of Red Deer in a regular full-time position in Red Deer.

The HRIS Data Analyst maintains human resources systems and workforce data processes for operational, strategic, and legislative requirements. You will enter and validate data, create reports and dashboards, troubleshoot systems, improve processes, and train stakeholders. Collaboration with HR Systems Specialists, HR, IT, Finance, and other departments supports accurate workforce information and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer HRIS systems and provide day-to-day user support
- Maintain secure, accurate, and complete workforce data
- Develop reports and dashboards for workforce planning




- Audit payroll data and reconcile system discrepancies
- Improve processes and deliver stakeholder system training

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a related field
- Three years of HRIS, payroll, analytics, or reporting experience
- Solid payroll processes and workforce data understanding
- Proficiency with Excel and visualization tools
- Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-focused approach
