Under the Principal’s direction, the Student Monitor provides general student supervision and monitoring. Duties include lunch and nutrition breaks, yard duty, halls, field trips, and school settings. The position requires tact, discretion, and responsiveness to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise students during lunch and nutrition breaks
- Monitor students in halls and on school yards
- Supervise students during assigned field trips
- Explain acceptable behavior according to school procedures
- Work safely and perform related duties

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma
- Six months’ supervisory experience with children or students
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Tact, diplomacy, and discretion within the school community
- Ability to follow school policies and procedures
