As a Cashier , you are at the heart of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth transactions and contributing directly to the joyful and seamless experience our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process guest transactions using our POS system for cash, credit, and coupons.
- Prepare and serve a variety of snack bar items, including popcorn and refreshing beverages.
- Adhere to liquor licensing guidelines when preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
- Manage Water Park admissions, ensuring guests complete waiver forms and receive wrist bands promptly.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization at the snack bar and public seating areas.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including inventory management, waste disposal, and general upkeep.




- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all snack bar operations to provide versatile support.
- Uphold all Americana Conference Resort and Spa policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Some high school education or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a valid Smart Serve certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.
- A polite, outgoing, and friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
- Solid self-motivation and effective time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beer, and related beverages.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Capable of working safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates honesty and trustworthiness in all interactions.
