Support talent acquisition and total rewards at the IESO in Toronto, using recruitment coordination and HR data skills. This is an eight-month Winter 2027 co-op.

The HR Student supports programs that attract, retain, and engage talent across the IESO. You will contribute to student hiring, candidate communications, benefits administration, and process improvement. The work includes collaboration with advisors, consultants, business partners, hiring managers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate student hiring and recruitment activities
- Schedule interviews and support candidate communications
- Assist with advantages, pension, wellness, and recognition programs
- Maintain accurate HR, recruitment, and compensation data
- Identify opportunities to improve people processes

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a related post-secondary program
- Third-year undergraduate standing or above
- Interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Teams
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment

Build practical experience across recruitment, employee programs, HR systems, and data analysis as an IESO Human Resources student.
