This Assistant Front Store Manager supports the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. The role focuses on customer experience, traffic, profitability, and blue culture. - Maintain Store Standards, including the backroom
- Lead and motivate staff through Core Values
- Help manage labour scheduling with the FSM
- Use WorkForce Management to maximize labour productivity
- Support hiring across departments excluding Pharmacy
